TRAINING AWARD

This is awarded to the division that demonstrates a high level of commitment to training and upskilling their staff beyond the regulatory requirements. Where an attitude of developing others is firmly entrenched, administrative requirements are upheld, and consistent participation in Health & Safety and Equity quarterly meetings is a given. The Training Award goes to the division that meets all these requirements and ensures that induction training takes place before staff are deployed on site as well as on-site training. (Khusela Skills Institute does not qualify for this award)

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

The Rookie of the Year Award is given to individuals who have been with the company or in the position of Manager for a relatively short period, typically at least a year, and have demonstrated outstanding performance.
